Stage I porting of single cylinder 2v mini heads includes:
Teardown and inspection, cleaning, porting of bowl area, intake matching, and opening of port restrictions, reassembly with synthetic lube. This is all that most stock and econo-race heads need to greatly increase flow and power. Before sending in your head, use our contact form and give your SPECIFIC application, engine package, cam, trans, bike/rider weight, and we'll help decide the right option for you. You'd be suprised how many guys are running around on mis-matched combos and too big of port, carb and cams... Any parts, seals, repairs needed will be extra, but discounted when purchased with porting.
